Coverage will be offered on a filed and approved (Admitted) basis via Star Indemnity & Liability Company (Starr Indemnity). The risks, which comprise the target Classes of Business are outlined in, Table 1 "Acceptable Risks."

Target Market
The target market is the “on-shore” energy industry and its related operations, including “pure” incidental maritime employer’s liability. The target market can be categorized into the following three target classes of business:
- Contracting
- Manufacturing
- Small utilities providing local energy supply
Coverage
- Workers Compensation (WC) offered by Chubb, underwritten directly by Starr Indemnity
- Minimum premium $25,000
- Available in all 50 states
- The WC will be written as a supported line
- Commercial Automobile (Auto)
- Liability & Physical Damage Coverage
- Occurrence form
- The Auto will be written as a supported line to WC and/or GL
- Products Pollution (Mono-Line or as part of the GL)
- Either Claims Made or Occurrence trigger is available
- Written in support of the GL when the exposure is warranted
- Provides coverage for liability due to a pollution incident arising from the failure of, or a defect in the insured's product
- Site Pollution (SP)
- Coverage A provides Claims Made Third Party Bodily Injury and Property Damage (on and off site)
- Coverage B offers Claims Made Onsite Cleanup
- Provides coverage for liability due to a pollution incident arising from the ownership and/or operation of a scheduled site
- Coverage can be provided for Known and Unknown Pollution Conditions
- General Liability (GL)
- Either Claims Made or Occurrence trigger is available
Total Pollution Exclusion will be attached when considering adding a pollution coverage part (without hostile fire)
- Contractor Pollution Liability (CPL)
- n Either Claims Made or Occurrence trigger is available
- Coverage is available on a blanket basis or a project basis
- For all Operations of the insured ("by or on behalf of "the Named Insured)
- The trigger is a pollution incident from "your work" that the insured is legally obligated to pay as damages due to bodily injury or property damage
- Professional Liability (E&O)
- Written solely on a Claims Made basis
- Coverage will be available on a practice policy basis or a project basis
- The product will be offered to professionals providing coverage for the actual or alleged act, error or omission "by or on behalf of" the insured.
- Follow Form Excess (FFXS)
- Either Claims Made or Occurrence trigger is available
- The FFXS will be written as a supported line
- The FFXS will also be written as an unsupported line
- The FFXS will provide coverage throughout its tower for: GL including Products Pollution, CPL, E&O and SP
